The staff was incredibly nice & helpful. Especially Hector! The shared space was abundant & charming! The rooms were exceptionally clean & charming. The indoor outdoor style of the hotel was surprising & lovely. The distance to parks, good restaurants & transportation was excellent. We had a delicious breakfast every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Absolutely lovely staff. Nice, updated decor in the main areas. A free/included breakfast that hits all the buttons. My only two constructive comments are (1) there was a bit of an odd smell in the bathroom that took some getting used to, and (2) looking from the street, the hotel doesn't have a sign, so it's a bit hard to find. You have to find it from the address alone and then push the call button to get buzzed. in.

Beautiful boutique hotel in La Condesa neighborhood. We enjoyed our upstairs suite. Lovely room, but note that you must climb a steep spiral staircase to reach it. Only negative of the room was the shower, really just needed a new shower head. We would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Condesa! There is no signage on the outside of the hotel so it's a little difficult to find at first, but would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Mexico City! Condesa is a beautiful neighborhood.

Fabulous small hotel in Condesa
Absolutely fabulous small hotel ideally situated for exploring Condesa and Roma. Very clean, quiet and extremely welcoming. Hector and his team went out of their way to help us and make us feel at home. Very good value too.
