Dual king bed rooms was great! Perfect for the family. We would’ve overlooked the ‘No Courtesy luggage hold’, the wet dog smell in the elevator, and broken night lamps. But even though we could have daily housekeeping we opted to do it just once during our 4 night stay to be eco-friendly and considerate. Just to find returning in the evening that the cleaning didn’t happen. All towels were still in the tub. All garbage bins were full. I left a tip and a thank you note for nothing. The receptionist did her best to get us towels and garbage bags but it was upsetting. The phone didn’t work so I had to go downstairs. I did not want to empty my own trash bins and have it sitting in our room. Apparently we weren’t the only room missed. Misery doesn’t love company. It was late. We were tired. I did not want to be cleaning.
