Marie, the owner, is extremely helpful and aims to ensured that I had everything I needed for a positive stay. The location is superb, very convenient to the old town and all it has to offer. "We enjoyed the convenient location of the home to the shopping areas and it also was convenient for trips outside of Aix. We enjoyed evenings on the balcony as the sun was setting. The home was comfortable and cozy and our hostess was delightful and always available to answer any questions we had. "

"Phenomenal Hotel. The Staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful, and our suite was very comfortable. All of the staff were smiling and gracious. Luca at the concierge was truly hospitable. He gave great recommendations and was always willing to help. Genuinely friendl and sincere. More concierges should give service like him. Lea at the reception was also quite friendly and welcoming. We appreciated her. This is a true gem of a hotel. Highly recommend. "
