“Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. The area is tranquil and beautiful, nearby towns, villages and lakes have everything you might need and make for lovely outings. Lots of good visits further afield too but we didn't bother. “Séjour impeccable. Alan et Liz, nos hôtes, nous ont très aimablement reçus, ils sont formidables. L'appartement est joliment décoré et fonctionnel, la piscine impeccable et à température idéale. L'appartement est très calme, Ginoles aussi. Nous avons fait de belles promenades à vélo et notre chien a apprécié aussi la nature environnante. Les châteaux cathares et toutes les merveilles de l'Aude sont à proximité et je recommande également le marché d' Espéraza (énorme!)”

“Authentiek vakantiehuis met groot terras en meer dan voldoende terrasmeubilair. Het zwembad was voldoende groot en goed onderhouden. Toegang via onverharde weg, ideale locatie voor wie op zoek is naar rust en kalmte, gelegen tussen de zonnebloemvelden. Goede verbinding naar bakker (Fendeille) en supermarkten (Castelnaudary).”

“L emplacement du gite est idéal pour visiter le secteur , Mirepoix ,Foix ,Carcassonne. L environnement est très agréable. Le gite est ideal pour un petit chien comme le notre car nous avons disposé d un jardin clôturé. Le gite est très mignon mais un bémol, l absence de volets .La piscine est un véritable plus, elle est très belle et très appréciée avec les fortes chaleurs . A recommander.”

Mais ce n'est pas un quartier à problème, pas de culture importé quoi...Le décor est planté. La maison est grande, PROPRE, et pratique avec tout les sanitaires en double. La petite piscine est entretenue, non chauffée parce que pas besoin. On peut dire que l'étage du bas est réservé à la détente parce qu'il y a tout pour bien se marrer ( billard,……
