I don't know where to start because I've stayed at many hotels in Peru, but I've never visited Casa Andina in San Isidro until now. It's the best in the area. I had the opportunity to speak with the Manager, who is extremely friendly and approachable. He ensures all guests are satisfied. I stayed there for 16 days and got to know almost everyone; the front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. The chef was very friendly and prepared my exclusive egg-white veggie omelet every day, not just for me but also for my guests. The neighborhood is very safe, and I enjoy walking and jogging early mornings or late afternoons. I made a few friends among the staff, who took pictures with me and gave me small gifts. The room, the gym, and the heated pool were sparkling clean I will never stay at any hotel other than Casa Andina in San Isidro. I rate them A++++++ Thanks, Albany, NY

Better health/safety standards should be communicated and enforced as food is served in buffet-style; saw other guests reusing dirty plates and actively eating while self-serving food. Also the hotel needs some structure updates and remodeling because some floors smelled musty.
