Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 5 miles from downtown Charleston and 3 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island too. Amenities include a pond in the backyard, 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep up to three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

Renters must be age 25 and older.

This property was very clean and in a great location. The backyard was very peaceful facing the pond, and 2 large living spaces inside the house offer plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Location is a quick drive to downtown CHS and to Shem Creek, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay in Mount Pleasant

Traveled to Mount Pleasant to celebrate our grandaughters high school graduation. The property was great, and included everything we needed for our stay! Very close to shopping, resturants and a vhort drive to Isle of Palms beaches! The pergola overlooking the pond fountain (lighted at night) made a nice place to relax!

Perfect for Shipyard baseball

We stayed here for a weeklong baseball tournament at Shipyard park. It was a great location between the fields and the beaches/entertainment. Close to restaurants and tourist areas. Highly recommend. House has a ton of room. AC works great. Fenced in backyard perfect for the dog.

The location and the overall size of the home were perfect. Unfortunately, the furniture was underwhelming for the size of the rooms. It didn't seem like there was enough furniture for the space. Also, on Saturday, the landscapers came to mow the grass and put mulch down. We were attending a wedding on Saturday evening and would have liked to have taken a nap, but with 6 men with mowers and blowers, there was no way we could have slept. It would have been nice to have had a heads up that they were coming or better yet, to not have had them there at all. The house had everything we needed, we had just hoped for a more quiet experience.

A good experience.

The place is in a nice neighborhood and was very clean. My only complaint was a lack of sufficient toilet paper and paper towels. It is not furnished as depicted in the photos.

Great stay in Mt. Pleasant

We stayed for a wedding! Property was great and in great location. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. Recommended and would rebook! My only suggestions would be to upgrade the coffee brewer and some of the outdoor furniture (broken chair) as well as perhaps ensure that area was cleaned up right before guests stay (had to sweep/clean outdoor area). I understand that may have been weather related.

Nice place

The owner is easy to deal with, and the place is very well stocked. It is very centrally located in Mount Pleasant, making it easy to get around. The only drawbacks would be the outdoor area is not well suited for a gathering. Also, the furniture in the front room isn’t super comfortable, but this place suited our needs very well. We will probably be going back!

Great location

Great location! Feels like it's just 15 minutes or less from everything - downtown, Shem Creek, Sullivan's. The house is exactly as pictured. Only slight issue were the beds. The twin mattresses weren't super comfortable and the full-size bed dips in the middle. This seems more like a bedframe issue. Otherwise, it was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Family time Run Cooper River Run time

The property was located in the perfect place. It was 2 miles from the bus shuttle to the start line. We really like the game room. My mother and sister enjoy watching the ducks and turtles out back. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here. Anyone who needs lodging who completes the Cooper River Run I highly recommend this place. It is actually close to two of the designated parking places located in Mt. Pleasant

We loved the property it was as described in the listing.wonderful neighborhood close to Charleston many wonderful restaurants very close our Chihuahua loved the fenced in yard.the house was very clean would definitely stay there again.
