Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 5 miles from downtown Charleston and 3 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island too. Amenities include a pond in the backyard, 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep up to three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

Renters must be age 25 and older.

Great location
Great location! Feels like it's just 15 minutes or less from everything - downtown, Shem Creek, Sullivan's. The house is exactly as pictured. Only slight issue were the beds. The twin mattresses weren't super comfortable and the full-size bed dips in the middle. This seems more like a bedframe issue. Otherwise, it was fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

Great stay in Mt. Pleasant
We stayed for a wedding! Property was great and in great location. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. Recommended and would rebook! My only suggestions would be to upgrade the coffee brewer and some of the outdoor furniture (broken chair) as well as perhaps ensure that area was cleaned up right before guests stay (had to sweep/clean outdoor area). I understand that may have been weather related.

The property was located in the perfect place. It was 2 miles from the bus shuttle to the start line. We really like the game room. My mother and sister enjoy watching the ducks and turtles out back. Thank you for allowing my family to stay here. Anyone who needs lodging who completes the Cooper River Run I highly recommend this place. It is actually close to two of the designated parking places located in Mt. Pleasant

Nice place
The owner is easy to deal with, and the place is very well stocked. It is very centrally located in Mount Pleasant, making it easy to get around. The only drawbacks would be the outdoor area is not well suited for a gathering. Also, the furniture in the front room isn’t super comfortable, but this place suited our needs very well. We will probably be going back!

Great Home Base for Charleston and Beach Vacation
We had activities in Charleston and at the beach in Isle of Palms. This property is ideally located between both locations. Additionally, it is near great restaurants, stores, shopping, and entertainment in the Mt. Pleasant area. I would definitely return. The home is lovely and much larger than anticipated. Two very large living spaces. The kids (and I) enjoyed the video arcade.

Wedding stay
We had a nice stay and the home was perfect for our needs while in town for a wedding! The kitchen and dining table provided plenty of room for us to cook and dine and the beds were comfortable. The home was nice and clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was great for evening walks with a nearby playground for the kids. Overall a great stay!

Perfect Base Camp
We really enjoyed our stay. The space was more than enough for our family of 4 and a set of grandparents! We were in Charleston more than the house but it was a perfect landing space for the evenings, to do a quick load of laundry and get a restful night’s sleep. The owners were very responsive and accommodating to a couple of questions I had and we would love to come back! The Pac-Man arcade game was a hit with everyone too!

The location was perfect for our trip, literally a mile from the two locations we had to go to. The house was nicely appointed as well. The owners were very thoughtful with extra touches and supplies. We enjoyed the porch and lake view in the back. Definitely would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay for a wedding weekend.
Perfect location. We were 5 min from m y sister who lives in MT pleasant. We were there for our nephews wedding. Short drive to Stella Maris church and Gold bug Island for rehearsal and wedding/ reception. House was very clean and perfect for our group. Outside could use some fix ups but the inside was very nice and spacious. Maybe a king size bed in one room would be nice. The property owners wss very helpful and answered my texts promptly.

The mattress was a little squiky. The back patio we love the lookout of the water fountain. But if you hve small animals you really hve to watch them and make sure they dont go swimming in the pond. But it was a g8 to gt away they had all the accessories you nd and more

Lovely home
This house was even better than portrayed online. It was spotless. Truly the cleanest VRBO I have rented in the past 6 years. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. The Jack-n-Jill bathroom was a bit small and might be more difficult for couples but our children managed just fine, without any difficulty. My daughter brought her small dog and appreciated the park across the street. It is located within easy distance of Charleston and the Isle of Palms and other attractions. Very easy to get to from the airport. We were visiting my brother in Mount Pleasant and his house was only 5 minutes away. We never had to contact the property manager as there were no problems! Would definitely rent here again. No complaints or concerns at all.
