  • Why settle for less when you can vacation in a large ranch home in heart of everything? This spacious ranch has 3 Bdr/2.5 Ba.This one story home is located 5 miles from downtown Charleston and 3 miles from Isle of Palms and Sullivan’s Island too. Amenities include a pond in the backyard, 2 Smart TVs, Roku, Netflix, fireplace, wifi, grill and cable. There's an arcade game in the den for nostalgic fun with Pac-Man and Galaga!

    The large den is the perfect hang out with a large smart TV and comfy couches for a relaxed lounge. The den has french doors and beautiful hardwood flooring. A full-sized pull out bed is also available for the den to convert that room into a bonus room.

    The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, large walk-in closets, its own bathroom suite that has his and her sinks, Sky Lights or ceiling windows and a garden tub. One guest room has two twin beds and a trundle bed to sleep up to three people. Children love the trundle bed! Another guest room has a cozy queen. There’s a Jack and Jill bathroom between the guest rooms.

    Renters must be age 25 and older.

The place was spacious and clean with a wonderful backyard that overlooks a pond that is teaming with wildlife. Not far from Charleston and historical plantations, forts and even a tea plantation.

This home was perfect for our short family trip to Charleston. It’s centrally located between Charleston and Isle of Palms which was exactly what we needed! Plenty of room to spread out too. The host is very responsive to messages. Next time we are in Charleston I will definitely look for this home again!

We loved the property it was as described in the listing.wonderful neighborhood close to Charleston many wonderful restaurants very close our Chihuahua loved the fenced in yard.the house was very clean would definitely stay there again.

This was one of our best VRBO experiences. The property was very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Great floor plan. Plenty of space. Conveniently located to everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the host. Plenty of ice in the freezer, which made my husband happy. My only nit is the master shower is pretty awful. It's very small, even for a small person. We made do though, and that was really a minor thing. The beds were comfy, so that made up for it. We would definitely stay here again when in Mount Pleasant.

I have stayed in this house twice as it is in a quiet and very nice neighborhood and convenient to everything in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area. Will was very responsive and pleasant! Will stay here again!
