Wonderful staff and extremely comfortable sofá bed! I really appreciated having hair comditioner in the shower and also a bathtub. The exercise room was very nice. The sofá bed had some mechanical issues so it took time to get it resolved by staff person after a long travel day and late night arrival into the early am. Also they requested $10 extra for a 1 hour l late checkout which was a surprise since i travel weekly/constantly and most places i stay offer at no extra charge. Overall still highly recommended due to comfortable clean accommodations and super helpful staff.

Business hotel mainly. They have recently renovated the lobby and the rooms which are comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional.

Nice for a stopover.

Reception areas and bar/restaurant are modern and fresh, rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. The pool was nice to be able to cool off in on a hot day after a long drive from the Alps. The evening meal was nice, and so was the breakfast. Staff mostly helpful, however we did feel at times the service was little below what we've come to expect from Novotel. For example, my wife was in need of some sanitary products on the morning of our departure, the receptionist said they had run out and hadn't gotten around to ordering anymore. No effort was made to assist beyond this, which was a disappointing end to the stay.

No milk in room, blamed plastic, but could have a paper carton on the room fridge 2 coffees in a 4 person room Still the silly uncomfortable sofa beds… can’t someone invent a god one Ran out of the bacon (which was lovely)… until no more and 25 minute wait and still none. Very continental with large range of cheeses and high end dining and breakfast (no coco pops here). Pool was basic but nice Not cheap Scruffy area but interior smart. Good kids internal area Door creak and don’t shut behind you, Fan in toilet rubbish Only half a roll of toilet paper (shouldn’t have to ask for) Such a wet bathroom with no extraction and shower screen 50% of shower and water everywhere
