Overall, I would totally recommend this cabin and would stay again. The cabin itself was very spacious, a lot bigger than pictures make it appear. The beds were comfortable, but the comforters could use a good wash… other than that, the cabin was well cleaned. The pool table upstairs was fun, however the pockets are broken and every time you shoot a ball in, it goes straight through the pocket and falls onto the hard wood floor which over time as left dings and dents in the floors/stairs - so I would suggest that be fixed. Hot tub was nice and clean but it rained while we were there so we were unable to use it as it was not covered. The wet deck was slippery in the front, so be cautious. Check in/check out instructions were very clear and spot on. Communication was great between email/phone. Internet/WIFI worked well with cell phones but the TVs/Roku were slow. Location was nice in regards to being centralized to Bryson City/Cherokee but I was hoping for a better view - the cabin is surrounded by home owners who are nestled around the cabin, so all you can see is their homes to the front, back and side… so if you want a nice view, this is not the cabin for you.

Inside cabin was just as presented on listing. Beautiful and clean. Outside however needs a good scrubbing. Inside had several issues as well. Upstairs loft daybed had a piece broken off that caused one of our family members to get cut and a couple other minor repairs are needed such as upstairs bedroom closet door falls off when opening. The bed footboard in the upstairs bedroom was also missing screws. Inside home was beautiful though and was the perfect size for our family of 6. Hot tub was magnificent however with the outside needing a scrubbing we felt laying our towels down anyway would get them dirty. We didn’t spend any time on covered porch but was a little disgusted with the left over cigarette/cigar ashes that had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Also property needs gravel and weed killer sprayed something fierce. There was no rug inside front door so we had to use a towel to wipe our feet as we entered after a rain shower. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the pool table and games provided. It is a gravel and narrow drive up so would not recommend for motorcycles. Overall would stay again. Just hoping some outside maintenance will be done.

The cabin was exactly what my family was looking for to celebrate the end of a long, stressful school year. The cabin was open, comfortable, and clean with an easy check-in process. We loved the hot tub and the proximity to great views and Bryson City!

The cabin was clean and well supplied. Very pretty inside. One thing that we didn’t notice, was there was not a lot of hot water. We had to stagger our showers or we would definitely run out. But the main problem that we encountered was… We could not get anyone to talk to us about why we could not logon to Wi-Fi. We did not get to watch television at all or have any kind of Internet service for our phones. I called twice and talked to someone at yellow Rose. They assured me they were trying to get a hold of the owners, however no one ever called me back . Finally on Wednesday, I emailed them and they sent me an email back, talking about yellow rose, that they were indeed sorry but they still could not get a hold of the owners. If we had been people that needed our Internet service for business and work, that would’ve been bad. We did not however and it was just an inconvenience. My husband likes to watch television a lot and he’s always on his phone so it was a great inconvenience for him. It would be nice to have a refund sent to us for oh say $100 or so . But I’m quite sure that will not happen. You know, if I shop at Walmart and I pay for something, every bit of my money is good not part of my money but all of it. That is the way I feel about this… This day in time the Internet is very important and we just could not get any response at all from anyone. But the cabin was very beautiful and comfortable. Very relaxing week stay!
This was a great place to stay. Exactly how described only down side was bugs inside which we sprayed and took care or. Main problem was the very shakey railing on deck. Had to constantly remind children to not lean or play around it cuz could fall thru and roll down hill.
