“I give 5 stars for this cute cottage. It was exactly what we were needing for our visit with family in Ash Flat, Arkansas. Located right in town close to restaurants and Walmart if you forgot to bring everything you need for your trip.”

“So the outside was sketchy but when the door opens its beautiful in the inside. The neighbors were pretty quiet even though the walls are thin. The only complaint I have was the one tv in the living room, I like a tv to play while i sleep not really a issue but if I would've noticed that in the pictures I would have just brought one from home. “No. We had to get VRBO involved The common house key that fit in the old door knob was located under the door knob. I am 73. My first thought was vulnerable senior citizen; I wonder how many people have copies of the key. My second thought was the residents on each side sitting outside their doors, all male. Yea, I feel safe. I opend the door and my next thought was there isn't even a chair to put under the worn out door knob. Yea, I am safe.”
