“Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions.”

“This our second year at Cape Guinevere, and once again we had a wonderful stay. The house is cozy and well equipped, and really just perfect for our family to gather for meals, walks around Lancelot Shores, and of course for fires around the fire pit. It is close to Rochester and stores but we felt like we had our own private getaway in the woods. We’d go back again in a heartbeat!”

The location was perfect for my teen children — they loved the kayaks, the small swimming area, and the location. They could walk to town for ice cream and have a little independence. “The cabin was clean when we arrived and only thing was I would suggest adding a trash barrel in the kitchen. We would stay at a Vacanza location again but did not care for the cabin being right on main highway. Other than that everything was great. Thank you”
