Very clean, very attentive, hearty breakfast. Based on other travels, weak on amenities but if you ask for something they are accommodating. Beds were comfy, room was very clean just a no frills place, I guess for the price a good value right downtown Manchester.

The issue I ran into was brown water coming out of the faucets on the last day I was there. I was told that there was some kind of maintenance going on (no warning given to the guests) and that the water was fine, but I did not trust it. That issue should have been handled better.
