"Fab stay! Great location for Christmas shopping! Super friendly attentive staff and lovely room! Busy pub with restaurant,great vibes and a fantastic carvery. Breakfast which was included in the price,was delicious,with a choice of cereals,yogurt and fruit and also a variety of cooked dishes! Would definitely recommend a stay here and I hope to return again! Thank you! "

"Excellently managed room, secondary glazing so absolutely no noises from the road. Slept very well, but i do think a kingsize bed would fit in the room. It could be a slight squeeze, in the main, very comfortable. Shower room absolutely spotless. Breakfast was super. Nicely cooked full english as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc.., not too much on the plate but enough for a full day ahead. Good selection of teas.. A real find as we enjoyed a christmas ball at Goodwood. If we come over this way again, we would defintly book again! "

The property location is a bit hard to get to, in the back corner of an industrial estate and not walkable, but still relatively convenient for the town."
