No especifica que el baño es compartido en algunas habitaciones, baño en condiciones deplorables, viejos y sucios. La atención al cliente pésima, no nos dieron opciones aún siendo error de ellos. No lo recomiendo y definitivamente NO volvería.

Very disappointing stay, especially for the price. This was my family’s first time visiting El Salvador, and unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel stay caused a lot of unnecessary frustration and headaches. From the moment we arrived, the customer service and overall organization were confusing. We had difficulty figuring out where the main lobby was, understanding the layout of the property, and finding different areas. Even more frustrating, when we asked staff for directions or information, we received different answers depending on who we asked. There was no clear map or consistent guidance for guests. For what we paid, we expected a better maintained property. Instead, we encountered chipped and rundown walls, dirty sheets, dirty furniture, and an overall lack of upkeep. Even the entrance to the property felt secluded and poorly maintained, and the surrounding streets had significant potholes. The hotel’s rules and restrictions also made the stay unnecessarily complicated. The pools, one of the main attractions, close at 7:00 PM and don’t open until 8:00 AM. Considering the HOT weather, it was extremely disappointing not being able to enjoy the pools in the evening. There is also a reservation requirement for breakfast and dinner, which made something as simple as getting a meal feel complicated. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and headaches.
