I was a little apprehensive about staying at a motel 6. This place really exceeded my expectations! Everyone was so friendly. We did not think our room was ready but the owner was willing to run over and check it out for us. We had stayed at the Eastland hotel across the street and this place was superior in every facet. The hotel has been renovated and it was very clean. Limited breakfast option but we were going to grab something on the road. We will stay there again.

Room was old but pretty clean. I think mosquitoes were coming in from the window air conditioning unit, I kept finding dead ones on my bed. The room also had some drain bugs or fruit flies. The work out room was awful. Decent variety of breakfast items.

Let’s just say as soon as you book you’re basically on your own. There is no service and if you do find someone quickly ask for help. I checked in online when they sent me the link apparently they sent a message which is fine when I got there it was at 6:50. They close at seven they were already closing. They already walked out and the girl before I even asked, she said we’re closed and there was a guy that was standing at the door closing the door locking it at 6:50. When I got upstairs to the room, the room temperature was set up at 68 however, the room temperature was 78. You could only imagine how hot and humid that was. I tried to reach out to them on the number they sent. There was no way to leave a message. There was no answer. I called Expedia Expedia was able to assist by calling them, but nobody answer. Meanwhile, we went back to the room. I bought a fan from target and turned it on and turned the ceiling fan on. However, something happened to the air and it went down to 70 and the temperature was getting cold in the room and i still can’t adjust it because no matter what you do it still doesn’t adjust right. When I went downstairs in the morning to ask for help, they basically said they would help but they never asked for my room number.They never took anything down. All they did was just sit there and tell me to call on Monday for a manager. sidenote, there was a guy that was locked out of his room the night before. Horrible customer service!

Comfortable beds and pillows, clean room. Nice guy at check in. No complaints
