The positives of this stay are that the hotel was 4 minutes from work, the staff were super helpful and friendly, and conveniently close to a gas station/convenience store and the highway. The biggest positive is that my pet stayed free with no deposit required. After my second night, the 2nd shift clerk (Destiny?) offered to upgrade me for free but the king suite wasn't any better than my room in its condition. The negatives were that the entire inside of the building smelled badly, especially the elevator (which smelled of excrement). The room I stayed in smelled as did the linens and towels. I had to open a window to air the place out and clean every available surface because that hadn't been done in who knows how long. I asked for service to my room but the only thing the gentleman did was change the sheets on the bed I was using. That's it. No fresh towels, no sweeping of the floor - and it needed it. I was there for 3 nights. WARNING: If you're traveling for business, don't expect to get a zero balance receipt because they can't provide you with one, and neither can Expedia.
