"The condo was very clean and the private parking was an added bonus. The unit is old(er) but renovated with new floors and paint. The best part of this stay was the unit's location is 2nd to none. There are numerous restaurant & pubs within walking distance and the lake across the street is beautiful. Overall, this was a wonderful stay in a nice and clean condo in a great section of Orlando."

"The unit at La Cita was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The advertised description matched the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything my group needed. We had a chance to play a round of golf in addition to seeing two launches from NASA from our vantage point. The unit was a welcome place to return to each evening after a long day of touring, and the host was very responsive."

"Condo was clean and comfy. This complex is full of all different style of condos and this one happens to look the most dated. The condo we stayed in was clean inside and well stocked. The only issue was parking. The spots fill up quickly and we had to park a couple buildings away. At least one assigned parking spot per condo would’ve been convenient. Otherwise good stay."

"We appreciate that the property owner made the effort to make this place ready for a nice stay, so let's start with the positives. We liked the fact that it's a gated community, and there was an access card on the keyring for the pool, gym etc, but we didn't use those facilities as we were out on the road all the time or had friends over for dinner. The TVs are modern smart TVs and the Internet/Wi-Fi is fast. I don't mind paying good money for good accomodations, but here are the things we were...

"apartment had flea's took pictures and videos of the fleas and bites. Previous tenant had their dirty dog their and left their bed and bowls which the owner didnt clean up afterward. Contacted the owner who stated funds already used to pay for prioperty....SMH and then the TV in the bedroom didn't work, Owner comes and sees and advises cannot get warranty replacement before checkout...... Walmart was around the corner.... SLUM LORD VIBES, BAIT AND SWITCH"
