"I had real bad trouble with the internet at the airport, subsequently my email address was blocked so I couldn’t see my booking confirmation email. The young lady(Evaluna) on the desk at the hotel was very helpful and extremely patient with my lack of tech skills. She gave us a ground floor room which was very spacious, well laid out and clean. Evaluna even organised our shuttle back to the airport. Thank you to all who made our short as easy as possible."
