The room was beautiful! I stayed for two nights and loved it all, the pool was smaller than expected but we still had fun. Nice area around the hotel, near plenty of food spots and even a grocery store..if I could I would give this hotel a 20/10. Definitely would book again.

I was very pleased with my stay, I only had one issue with the tub being backed up and the water was draining very slowly. I went to the front desk the following morning of my check in and they handled the matter rather quickly. Our bed was very comfortable. The drive to kings Island was a little under 20 mins but well worth the drive, the area seemed to be very safe. Will be back in the near future.

Room was clean. Staff helpful and nice. Easy parking in the lot. Close to a lot of restaurant options and shopping. Breakfast wasn't included and my room was above what I think was the HVAC system. Somewhat noisy, but I sleep with a sound machine, so it didn't bother me.

Pros: The staff was friendly Location was great- near shops, restaurants, EV chargers Cons: Breakfast costs $9 No bar/lounge area Ice machine on our floor did not work We did not receive ANY housekeeping in our 3-day stay - no trash/towel removal, etc Each day we asked for fresh towels downstairs as our phone did not work to contact front desk. The cons will prevent us from returning to this well-located property as their (obvious) staffing shortage & lack of amenities did not offer the value we anticipated.

A decent hotel for a one night stay. We were there for youth sports. Lobby was well maintained with helpful staff. The room was fine--there was some wear in the furniture and some stains on the bathroom ceiling that we did our best to ignore (always suspect!). Other than that, it did the job at a fair price. There is a lot of retail nearby; plenty of shopping and restaurants.
