Promised room not available; meager fare for breakfast (no fresh fruit, real half-n-half, hot water for instant oatmeal, only 2 single-serving cold cereal) no extra toilet tissue in room and needed to ask for facial tissue and shower curtain. Staff was the only good thing about the place.

Check in experience was terrible, we did not get the room we paid for, the hotel and room were not properly cleaned, the tub was falling apart and had soap scum on walls and previous guest’s soap, and we were locked out of our room after returning from breakfast. Breakfast was ok.

Two story structure with no elevator & vending was lacking. Other then those 2 negatives, the stay was great. Staff was friendly & attentive. Room was clean with enough towels. Rooms cleaned daily. Most things in the room were in working condition-had to learn how to operate the tv & a lamp was out. Checking in & out was fast.

Dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in, hands down. I don't believe they even have a cleaning staff. The bathtub had dirt and hair in it when we checked in and was never cleaned the entire time we were there. Bedding was stained, we had no soap, half roll of toilet paper. Avoid at all costs.

Normally Quality Inns are decent. They said that they recently purchased this from a Comfort Inn. Thus that is why the Wi-Fi was still under that name. Ice Machine did not work. The AC took a while to cool actually cool the room down. You can tell that the shower has seen it fair share of use over the years. Not many options in this town and we thought we were getting what we are use to from this chain.

The room was clean, the tv had to be reset. I had to do it myself the next day. The toilet had stains from the water? The tub was angled on the bottom and difficult to stand while taking a shower. The breakfast was a minimum, one cereal selection, bagel and waffle.
