"It was clean, relaxing home. It was a great vacation on the lake. The place was well stocked and if we needed to contact anyone, we got a response quickly. We rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon and the rental office was very close by. Recommend Maddie’s cookies and ice cream and the supermarket close by. Great sandwiches and best fried chicken. Would definitely recommend this place and we are planning on coming back again. "

"This hotel has been entirely renovated, and is great! The location is perfect in downtown Battle Creek, and is walkable from restaurants and the train station. The bed was super comfortable. On the top floor there is a bar with a fabulous view of Battle Creek. I will definitely make this my hotel of choice when returning to Battle Creek."

"We had an excellent week! Was not expecting the cottage to be so big! There was plenty of space for everyone! It was very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked with all utensils and appliances you could possibly need! And it was amazing to have AC and a washer/dryer! Outside, we loved the shade tree in the yard! It was 90 degrees plus the week we stayed so it was very needed! I saw other reviews that had some negatives about geese, but we didn’t experience that at all. We would highly recommend this location to anyone! It was the perfect getaway for the week:) thanks Ned and Gorica!"
