“In the first room I had, rm 214, the phone and TV didn't work, and the bedding was unclean—specifically, the pillowcases had hair, food and dirt marks on them. Also the second room, rm 218 I had smelled of mildew and the sheets had a foul odor to them, i politely asked the front desk for a change of bedding that i had to try and configure myself. These issues presented themselves between check-in around 7 pm and persisted until 3 oclock in the morning. I barely slept and wasn't able to have...

“Everything was wonderful. Justin was great at answering all our questions and for his recommendations. Thank you for recommending Russo's. Excellent food, especially their pizza and cheese sticks. The house was very neat and tidy. It was fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils if you choose not to go out and eat. It was definitely a needed get away and if we come back to Gun Lake, we would love to stay here again.”
