Booked the room as a family / triple room. There were always going to be 3 of us. All in room facilities were for 2. We even ran out of toilet paper without a spare roll left in the room. 2 star property with a 4 star price.

So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem ...

Good location, room was tired and lacked adequate heating. Shower was broken and difficult to use. Beds very old and musty, in need of an upgrade. Lack of any ventilation makes the windows run with condensation. Overall quite disappointed for the cost.
