"Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good .They also do meals through outt the day. Great location for Sunderland game about half hour walk on cycle path. Or jump on the park and ride"

"We didn’t actually stay in the property as my fiancé had an accident and we had to rebook for 24/5/25. The owner was kind enough to let us change the dates.
