Recently built private BNB. All interiors are brand new and highly upgraded, Queen Bed with upgraded Mattress. Gorgeous tile in the bath. Custom built cabinets. All new furniture and electronics. Additional Sofa bed with comfy fold out mattress in addition to the queen bed. 2 private entrances. Tom is a realtor and works from home so close by if you need anything during your stay. Also I can provide you with all kinds of local intel.
Plenty of great local restaurants for your dining pleasure.

Family Vacay

We stayed for 5 days at Tom’s amazing place! Super close to silverwood, restaurants, CDA, and plenty of fun. Very clean, friendly host, and a beautiful spot just out side of the hustle and bustle of town.

Lovely quiet setting. Friendly, accommodating hosts. The only thing the host might consider is changing out the couch for a couple of recliners. Just our preference if spending much time watching TV.

Great Location and Hosts

My family really enjoyed our stay, convenient location to Silverwood and the Coeur d'Alene area. The apartment was perfect and Tom was a great host, and we look forward to returning next summer.

Wonderful large suite that included everything we needed for a 1 week stay. Tom was responsive, contacting us in advance with detailed instructions on accessing the property and what to expect. Very pleasant outside area to sit for an early AM cup of coffee. The unit was spotless and well stocked with towels and soap/shampoos. Very much appreciated the attention to small details as well. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Stay & Fabulous Host!

We had a wonderful 6 night stay in this perfect place for two. The host Tom could not have been kinder and more helpful, and the property itself was clean, well-appointed and packed with everything we needed. I can not recommend this property more!

A perfect place to stay

This was the perfect place for us. It was clean, cozy, and Tom was such a sweet guy! If you are planning to stay here and don't want to go out to eat, the kitchen is fully stocked. For two people, this is the perfect place! I just wish we could've stayed longer!

Loved everything about this place. The towels and the throw blanket were so comfy! I could have stayed inside wrapped in that blanket all weekend. Loved that Tom made sure we had snacks!! Thank you Tom and Joann!

Wedding

In town for a wedding and communication with Tom was excellent both before and during our stay. He kept me updated on the status of my options for arrival day. During the stay he quickly resolved a couple of minor things. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the neighborhood.

Great location

My son and I enjoyed our stay in the CDA area so much! The VRBO location was perfect for spending a day in Silverwood, swimming at Hayden lake, and exploring the streets of Coeur d’Alene. The view of the mountains at sunset was breathtaking. Although this location is attached to the owners home, you have a sense of solitude to enjoy your stay. Great location! We will be back next summer. 🌸

Idaho Fun

This property is a gem! The owner, Tom, was so easy to work with, very informative and accommodating. The property is in a beautiful setting off the beaten path, but easily accessible to everything the area has to offer. The studio apartment is beautifully appointed and decorated, extremely comfortable, and generously stocked. We will definitely seek this place out for future visits to Idaho.

Exceptional GEM

We loved staying here. Tom went above and beyond with all of our needs. All of the “extra” touches were greatly appreciated. Welcome note, snack and water. We had beach towels that I left outside to dry and Tom went and dried them for us ❤️ My daughter was sad to leave “our home”. We can’t wait to come back again. Thanks so much!

Quaint, clean and quiet!

We spent 4 days in this beautiful location! It was clean, comfortable and quiet! It was such a great location, close enough to everything but secluded and peaceful. It was great to stay somewhere that the owner cares for the guests. Plenty of extras. The simple things that make the difference, extra towels, extra pillows, extra soft blankets, extra garbage bags and ziplocks. It sounds weird, but those “extra” things make the difference between a hotel and a great VRBO! Thanks!

Fantastic Location In Rathdrum

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Rathdrum Idaho. Our travels have taken us around the United States & other countries with an equal number of different accommodations. This apartment is one of the best places we have experienced & look forward to a return visit. The layout of the room is excellent, from the large shower to the simple but well designed kitchen, you will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay. Tom is an excellent host, willing to answer your questions and is extremely helpful if needed. In addition to the first rate accommodations, this is an excellent location to explore Spokane, Coeur d'Alene & northern Idaho. Enjoy your stay as you will not be disappointed !!!

Hard to find better than this

My husband & I have now traveled to all but 3 of our beautiful United States.. This was our first VRBO so we did not know exactly what to expect. We were so thrilled when we opened the door to a spacious, clean, and well maintained apartment on 5 acres of also well-maintained property. Tom and his wife went over and above to see that we had water, sodas, snacks, and condiments for our needs and pleasure. The fully equipped kitchen was also well stocked. The bathroom (love the shower) had all that one could want or need while traveling. Thank you Tom & JoAnn for making our first VRBO spectacular. Checkout was a breeze too. Great communication at all times. Will definitely contact you if we are ever up your way again. Best always.
