"My stay wss nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The iron and ironing board were needed and right there in the room. The location was only minutes from our venue. Staff members were wonderful. "

It was a male staff member and he opened the door without knocking, poked his head into the room. He did leave immediately but it was disturbing and kind of scared me. I could tell he was there to clean the room and I guess maybe that was my fault for not having the tag on the door? Also I wish you had bigger towels. "
