Ronny and his staff were so kind and accommodating and made this stay absolutely worth it. We were welcomed with a cocktail and had a custom ordered tasty breakfast every morning. The room itself is small (and no door to the bathroom) but it is all you really need. The secluded rooftop patio was our favorite place to be during sunsets. The restaurant is bustling but the noise dies down early in the night. The property is on top of a hill (car required) and is about a 10 minute drive to everything. Thank you for hosting us!

We had an INCREDIBLE experience here. No complaints whatsoever. Close to all the attractions, absolutely beautiful grounds, and family like service. Do yourself a favor and make this your home while in La Fortuna.

We were a group of 13. Amazing location and views but not worth the hype. 1 family pool which is right next to the breakfast/lunch place. Not many options. Due to the location of the property there’s a lot of steps to access. Breakfast spread was very basic. Staff was very helpful so kudos to them. Kids were charged extra which we weren’t aware about prior to our arrival.

Cielo Lodge was a dream come true. Elegance meets sustainability in an intimate collection of cabinas that are spacious, gorgeous and comfortable. The bathrooms are designed to bring the outside in - even when opting for the indoor shower. Situated up near the canopy of the rainforest the grounds offer tremendous views and vigorous hikes including to a waterfall with a crisp, cool swimming hole. The food was delicious and served with attention and kindness overlooking the pool that mirrored the night sky. The staff were exceptional overall and all bringing coffee to my door at dawn was a personal favorite.
