"The staff were wonderful. We had a late check in, but were still greeted warmly and checked in quickly. After checking out the next day and traveling about twenty minutes down the road, we discovered we were missing a crossbody bag. We returned to the motel and found it safe and secure with a staff member. The staff truly care about their guests."
