Hotel was clean and very well kept! The room was more than what we expected, will consider staying here again. The front desk lady was not very informative when I checked in. I was listening to what the other employee was telling another customer. We missed breakfast both days because we didn’t know the times.

We chose this property for its convenient location as it is close to the Pikes Peak Event Center. We wanted to be able to walk there from the hotel. The hotel had everything we needed. The only reason I rated it as good rather than excellent is that I was not informed ahead of receiving my bill that I would be charged a fee for something called PIF. It was only about $3.50 but it was added on after we checked out. I called back later and was told it was to do with a Colorado Springs downtown improvement tax. Additionally it would be helpful if the charge for drinking the bottled water in the room was posted on the bar where the bottles were placed. I knew there was a charge but was surprised that it was $6 for each bottle! At that price I would have chosen tap water.

Great hotel, gladly come back again!

The hotel feels brand new—modern, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with great amenities. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. One standout feature is the private underground parking, which provides direct elevator access to your floor—super convenient. Parking is $20 per day, but well worth it for the added ease and security.
