Our check-in was very pleasant. We were welcomed warmly by Nolan at the front desk. Once we got into our room, we realized the bedding was dirty with a few hairs remaining.
We called down for a bedding change and they sent housekeeping up. However, as we were waiting, we sat on the chair in the room near the window, and noticed a sizeable amount of dirt on the floor that had not been swept. Once housekeeping arrived, we brought it to their attention. Housekeeping went downstairs and returned with Nolan, who then assigned us to another room.
