"We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. I contacted Vrbo support and did receive a full refund, but it took several days for the credit to show up.Because of the last-minute cancellation, I was forced to book a hotel on the spot at double the price just to stay in the area.
