“Really loved staying here. Tasteful design, has just what you need, nice bar, best coffee I've had in a while (miso caramel latte). I want my house to look like this hotel, truly a special place. Great location as well, nearby the museum, park, thrift/vintage shops. I would love a little retail shop there with items from vendors they use because I wanted all of it!”
“Nice hotel with lots of places to hang out and relax besides just your room. The lobby has a very laid back comfortable feeling where you can do puzzles, play games or just enjoy a snack or drink. The rooftop has a bar with more games, pool table, hammock and seating. We enjoyed our stay.”
“We really liked the layout of the unit with a kitchen and laundry available. The area seems to be up and coming with new condo buildings being built all around. Weekend nightlife was close, but not too close to be disruptive. Primary complaint is that without staff on premises, we had an issue as soon as we arrived. The unit's bathroom door was locked and their instructions were to use a screwdriver to open it. I don't know anyone who brings a screwdriver with them on vacation.”
“We stayed here because of the on-site spa and we hadn’t stayed here before. The room was ok. The bed was very firm and uncomfortable. The spa was amazing. The on site restaurant that served breakfast was extremely slow. The ship tavern overcooked a lobster roll. The deal breaker was that there was a wedding reception there and due to the design of the hotel, the loud music from the reception echoed thru the atrium and the entire hotel until the music finished after 11 pm.”
“This was a disaster and disappointment!
The chalet has beautiful pics but the room we were in was unappealing at best. The room was painted traffic cone orange.
Start with the bath tub that had black n gray n brown gunk on it and the drain full of hair and paint chips, then the toilet that had to have the handle held for several seconds to get to flush.”
