“Well, service was good not going to say the best bubbly type of service everyone wants but it was good. Very close to gas and other food services overall it was ok also just throwing this out there no bugs didn’t smell like smoke ”

“The house suited all our needs and was located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The host was available when needed and overall the house was comfortable. We would stay here again if in the area. ”

“The property was well kept, clean, and spacious. It had all the essentials and allowed us to comfortably fit our adult, married children and their spouses, as well as our graduating daughter, and our young son. April was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We thoroughly enjoyed making memries their and would definitely stay here again!!”

“We started our trip by getting a message less than 30 minutes before 3 pm that cleaning was still occurring so arrival pushed to 4. At 4:10 I had to send message to get code to door. We had 14 people and booked this place for the pool, hot tub , pool table and space. We got to use the pool but each day the water got greener and greener. The host messaged for us to do things with 2-3 hrs and do the next step. The pool could not be used on the last night we were there. The jets in the hot tub...

"When I arrived at the hotel for check-in, I was greeted by a young man who seemed upset and frustrated. He told me he hadn’t slept because he works two jobs. He gave me a room key, but when I went to open the door, I found someone already asleep inside the room. I went back to the front desk and told him what happened. He immediately blamed the morning shift employee, calling her incompetent and saying she never does her job right. Then he asked me to please keep quiet because he hadn’t slept in two days. Eventually, he gave me a key to a different room, but it wasn’t what I booked — instead of two queen beds, it had one king bed. I told him it wasn’t what I wanted, and he got annoyed. After that, he finally found me a room with two beds, but it was on the second floor instead of the one I had originally reserved. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience. "
