“The property was clean and well furnished. There was a small mix-up with the cleaning after the prior renters checked out, but Duke quickly addressed that. We enjoyed our visit and would stay in this unit again in the future.”

“Perfect location... walking distance to all of downtown. It was on the 3rd floor which may be an issue for some but made the view all that much better. Communication was great! Had snacks for us and refrigerator had all kinds of condiments and cupboards had some spices as well as other items. Definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!!”

“Could have been cleaner. Cobb webs from lights and fan. Also inside windows. Dropped something under bed, couple years dust under bed. Bought another small grill for balcony, the one that is there was completely crusted up Wasn’t advised it was upstairs. But that’s ok. ”

“We arrived to find out the condo wasn’t clean and ready yet. The gentleman was so kind and the place was spotless when we arrived. You text to let me know that it was ready to go. Totally recommend this condo for its local and its overall appearance. Maybe get a new coffee pot. That coffee pot leaked all over the counter.”

“the property is located in a good spot. There's restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Supermarket is close by too - you're not really close to the springs but it's less than 10 minutes to get there. Nice place!”

“Nice large condo for our family of 12 .. beside the bunk beds room, there was a trundle and a little loft room above that. It was a quiet location so we may have been the rowdy ones. I wish that we would have had a little more views in the evenings but we truly were always going somewhere. 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and then 3rd floor bunk room is perfect for a large family. We came as a memorial trip for our parents. Pagosa Sp was our parent’s favorite place and spent all their summers there....

“This is really a beautiful property conveniently located on Main Street. It looks like a fairly recent renovation which was beautifully done with great amenities! The guest bath "rain" shower was completely amazing. We had one issue that we dealt with the property mgmt with that was unfortunate, but I don't want to take away any stars for that as it was not the owner's fault. All in all a great stay at a lovely property. ”
