“We had six adults, and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere in town, which was so convenient. We walked to the beach, Silver Beach Pizza, shopping, brunch, etc. We visited four wineries, all within 25 minutes of the condo. We love how clean the condo was, and how it was decorated. We spent the day Saturday watching college football in the living room, and it was perfect for us. We hope to stay here again. ”

“2nd floor apt. Very spacious. Furniture is nice. Plenty of blankets, spices in cabinet. Keurig. More than enough space for me and my husband. We loved it. Ate across the street at 523 it was delicious. The music did not interrupt our sleep. Would definitely stay again . ”

“The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”

“This condo was perfectly situated downtown. We walked down the stairs for coffee, ice cream and dinner and just a few blocks to the beach. We had a free parking spot but never needed our car b/c it was so convenient to everything. The place was clean, the beds were comfy, we didn't need to bring our own toiletries or towels or coffee/hot chocolate, and the family games and TV/wifi offered great entertainment at night. The host was super responsive and accommodating. The building was easy to...

“We are 4 ladies who have been friends since college, and we’re looking for a weekend getaway. This house was very spacious and we enjoyed taking the golf cart down the frighteningly steep path to the beach. Had great Italian food nearby, visited South Haven and St Joseph’s, watched the Packers on TV. Small improvements would be better lighting in bedrooms and mirrors in all.”
