“Deluxe room was in overall good condition. However, the heating unit was dusty and each time the heat came on, it had a musty smell and caused me to cough. The shower water heater also had temperature control issues, with the water being just over lukewarm and never getting hot enough. ”

Our room didn't have a microwave but the common areas have some which we could use so that was not a problem for us. Very interesting decor and furniture which made me want to explore 😊 We didn't use the pool but we did go look at it. They had a game room which looked fun, a small exercise room, plus a hot tub. Shops weren't open because it was Sunday, but we didn't plan……

“The staff forgot to put a blanket or comforter on our bed. Went to the front desk and they had a sign on the counter to call this number if no one was there. I wanted to talk to someone from the staff to make sure that they knew what was missing. In retrospect I wanted to make sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the missing cover. I called the phone number to the hotel and briefly talked to a worker. I told her of the mishap and that she would speak to the manager. She took my phone number and……
