Cassopolis Vacations from $532

This was a really disappointing experience. Our son needed a one-week stay in the area, and we booked this hotel for him that afternoon. As soon as he checked into his room, he called us to say it was infested with cockroaches. He went straight to the front desk, explained the situation, and asked for a refund because, honestly, who would stay in a room full of bugs? Instead, he was told he would still be charged for the first night, even though he left immediately. He found another nearby hotel that was clean and bug-free. I understand hotels have policies, but charging a guest after giving them a room with a cockroach infestation is simply not right.

Breakfast very limited and scrambled eggs were cold. Website listed free extended parking but actually charged $5.00 per night for extended parking. Not happy about that.

We loved our stay, beautiful clean rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I loved the big room with table, we played cards there every night ( as did others). They only thing I didn't like was the guy at check in, I had previously asked ( in an email if we could ck in a little earlier at 2:30 pm, they responded ck on the day we get there ) so I did, and the guy didn't ck to see if rooms was ready or anything, just said check in is at 3 pm... Just not a friendly ck in process. Also, the west wing should have a handicap button available for those With wheelchair and walkers.
