“We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was very clean and well taken care of, which made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect—just far enough from Broadway to enjoy some peace and quiet, but still close enough to get to all the action within minutes.One of our favorite things was the beautiful view of the river—it was so relaxing to wake up to that each morning. "La ubicación es excelente. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí y en esta ocasión había una cucaracha en el baño, enorme. Hablé a la recepción pidiendo ayuda y me dejaron esperando. Tomé foto de la cucaracha y tuve que bajar al lobby para pedir el apoyo del personal. Me proporcionaron otra habitación y una vez que me cambié tuve que bajar a dejarles la llave de la primera. Soy una viajera frecuente y jamás me había sucedido esto en un hotel Holiday Inn Express, estoy de decepcionada y enojada por la mala experiencia ."
