Inner action with staff was not the best but acceptable. Unfortunately, I didn't use the breakfast perk but from all appearances it looked quite fulfilling facilitating all appetites.”

“We stayed at The Soundry for one night. The property itself was nice, but there were a few frustrating issues. The biggest problem was check-in. We never received the email with our room number or the security code. After standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage, we had to call for assistance. The person on the phone kept insisting the email had been sent, but we never received it. Eventually, they texted us the information so we could get inside. While we were waiting, another……

“The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.”

“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”
