“The house was beautiful and was set up for everything that we needed. I tried for 2 days to reach out to someone I called, text, sent emails and never received a response. If something had been wrong or we did need something we probably would have just been out of luck. That thought is really unsettling.”

“Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. The accommodations were very clean and we had everything we needed. The host was very responsive to our questions and privacy was never an issue. We will stay with Tim again in the future if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks for everything Tim. ”

“The host family was great and the room was an extremely clean, studio like hotel room. Nicely decorated too. Utensils were provided, a bowl, two bottles of water, and a small container of milk. There is a coffee machine , microwave, and mini fridge. I didn't notice any plates. The room sits below the main home, which I was kinda worried about because of possible noise. They do have a child and dog. At times you can hear them and I'm sure they can hear guests, but they are a pretty quiet……

She has taken great care to provide a clean, organized, well-stocked, comfortable, peaceful cottage for her guests. If Cracker Barrel had a vacation rental baby, this adorable cottage would be it. So many vintage decoration pieces throughout the home that we just enjoyed walking around and perusing as if we were in our own museum ;).Our kids loved the upstairs loft area. The beds were……
