It features the what is said is the worlds largest man made waterfall and a fountain dedicated to Princess Im-Mi-Ah-Key wife of Chickasaw Indian chief Tuscumbia for whom the town is named. Oka Kapassa is a special Native American gathering that is held here and is dedicated to celebrating the culture and traditions of American Indians who once thrived in Alabama. The gathering is a coming home of sorts for the tribes that were forcibly removed from their homes in the Southeast. "My father, my cousin and I visited for a week long fishing trip. It was a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing wrap around covered porch. We had great views when we were not on the water. This property also has a private covered boat dock which was super convenient. It's also a gated entry so very private and secluded. Overall great place to say, would definitely come back."

"Nita was very easy to communicate with, and we just loved the property. It was cozy and cute, just right for 2 people, and we loved the horses off the back fence. We brought our dog, and it was an easy property to walk around with plenty of trash cans placed around the area. It was very quiet and peaceful, just what we were looking for."
