The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility."

"This hotel doesn’t deserve the name “Americas Best” being its name. Everything was unpleasant. Attendant upon check-in was rude, room smelled so bad, carpet were obviously uncleaned and very disgusting, towel bars were dusty, the shower head was too low even for a 5’2” person like me. Upon arriving we saw a couple of renters on the 2nd floor opening their door and smelled like weed. Seems like it was a very unsafe place to stay. We checked out as early as 6:30AM, went to the office to drop-off...
