“Check in was painless and fast. Great customer service. Shower had hair and refrigerator was not properly cleaned, heard commotion from room above during the middle of the night, but other than that definitely a bang for your buck. Room was clean. Tv remote wouldn’t allow channel change. I will be returning in the future. ”

“Staff wasn’t very friendly. Over priced for a crappy hotel. It seemed as if the hotel didn’t have but a handful of clients. I arrived early and was over charged for an early check in fee. That’s really bad bc it wasn’t like they had to go clean the room quickly! The room had a musty odder. Small tv. The sheets were stained. Crappy small bathroom towels. I had to ask for extra pillows bc they only gave two for a king bed. It took about 10 minutes for the water to get hot enough for a shower. I……

“Friendly staff. Daisy even texted me once i got to the room and settled to ask if everything was ok!”

“Staff was very nice , the building is undergoing renovations and we were in one of the newly renovated rooms. The only bad thing was the a c unit made a terrible squeaky noise that made it hard to go to sleep . We knew changing rooms was not an option as the night auditor said there were no rooms left. I would stay here again if i had to but it may not be my top choice . ”

“The service of some female employees was not enthusiastic enough, the breakfast was not good, and there was basically nothing to eat.”

“Clean hotel. Very good breakfast. My only issue was all the noise outside, from fighting to screaming. Also noticed in the room i had that everytime another room turned on the shower an annoying high pitch buzz was in my room. Because of the fighting outside, i was a bit learly to go back out to my car. ”
