“I did not go to surrounding area. The staff immediately came to my room to fix the A/C which was successful and i was then provided with a new refrigerator. Unexpected issues happen. It was no ones fault and they immediately responded. You can't ask for anything else! I was completely satisfied with their response ”
"This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers."
