“The location and view are perfect! We've stayed at several St. Regis condos over the years and this condo has the best pool and ocean view of all of them. The unit was also very clean and had an upgraded coffee maker which was nice. Beach towels were provided which was defininately an added bonus.The unit itself isn't perfect but it was clean and comfortable. You can tell they have been updating flooring in the unit and just haven't completed some minor details yet. The new flooring is very nice...

“Awesome little condo exactly as described. Steps to the beach and a few more steps to the pool. Clean, quiet, comfortable and well-furnished with everything you could need (even coffee!). Didn’t mind making the drive down to Surf City and Topsail for restaurants and shopping. Loved the little balcony and not having to keep up with a key! I was surprised by how lit everything in the area was with it being a big turtle beach. Thankfully this complex was nice and dark! Thank you!”

“A small maintenance issue was quickly addressed by Tony the property manager. Tony was very helpful and friendly. His homemade baked ziti was amazing and provided for a very enjoyable family meal. Would definitely stay here again.”
