“We loved connecting with nature. It was absolutely beautiful! Wild turkeys came in our yard. Hummingbirds played in the sprinklers every morning while we enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch! I would love to stay there again!”

“Listing says there's one bed and one bathroom. It also says there's a toilet and a shower in the bathroom - the toilet is a bucket with a plastic bucket seat and the shower is an outdoor hanging bag. No running water - just a cooler. Calling it a "cabin" is a stretch.”

“The property managers were great to work with! Our stay was incredible, lots of wildlife in the backyard. One thing I would note for the time of year, there is no A/C (which is normal for the area) but it got quite hot even with the mountain A/C (open windows) at night! There are some updates currently being made to outside of the home, we can’t wait to stay again when the outdoor space is finished! ”

“It was a great little cabin! The bed was super comfy! I love watching the horses in the pasture down below. While drinking my morning coffee. The kitchen had everything I needed, plus there was a grill just out the door! We have stayed at a lot of different places and this host the best by far with communication! I would recommend property to anyone wanting to get away to peace and quiet! ”

“This property was beautiful and was nice to be on the outskirts of Downtown Durango. We really enjoyed the secluded, quiet area. The doe and her babies right outside the cabin that we saw one morning was a cool part of it all too. We were really happy with our stay here.”

“Everything I wanted in a getaway. Perfect little cabin, fenced yard for my fur babies ( Maggie & Bailey) right on the river, balcony to enjoy the beautiful evening sky, trout fishing, guide fishing if you want just up the road ( we went and caught lots of salmon) Ken from the Real Deal is the best ! Aztec is just up the road if you need anything. Our host wss great and very helpful aw needed! We will be back many times! I recommend you check it out! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Lisa D”
