"This is my second time staying at this hotel and the service received has always been top notch! Rooms were comfortable, I did have a small AC issue in my room during my last stay but it did not make me uncomfortable. Proximity to the mall is a huge advantage. Whilst all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, I must mention Ian on front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my request to extend my stay and the female bartender (did not get her name) who made the most delicious drinks and was overall very pleasant to interact with. I will definitely stay again. "

"The host is top notch. They reach out to confirm you got in ok and if you need anything. We also thought we might have to run out and grab propane but they contacted us and let us know they could drop a tank by for us. I’m definitely happy with my stay and will be back in a month to use the same house for my daughters get ready house for her wedding. "
