I was really impressed with this room, I just wanted somewhere comfortable to rest my head for the night because my cruise was the next morning. I wasn’t expecting much. However, to my surprise when I arrived the room was spotless and hugeee. There was also a big hot tub which I didn’t expect at all. The room looked way better than the pics on Expedia, I guess they renovated recently. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I also love that my uber eats came to my door because at other hotels I usually have to go to the lobby. Another plus is that the floor was quiet especially at nights, I would definitely stay here again!

The staff provided excellent, personalized service. I especially appreciated Charolyn and a manager who were always at the front desk, smiling and helpful to guests. The rooms are fine, although they could be improved by painting the damaged walls. The elevator urgently needs painting; it's in dire need of it.
