"The hosts had excellent communication! Loved that they honor veterans with a discount as well. The home was absolutely amazing! If you want to just stay and relax, there are amazing views from the couches, the deck, and the yard. To watch the sunrise and the moon come up from the deck was a true gift. The amenities were great as well. Nicely stocked kitchen, games for the family, hygiene products in bathroom to include things you don't normally get like q-tips and make remover cloths. We came when the average temperature was 45 degrees. The heating system and gas fireplace all worked great and kept us plenty warm. They provide a seafood cookng pot with propane burner outside, which came in handy. The Corea Lobster Co-Op is 3 miles away and you get fresh lobster, right off the boat, for an amazing price!! If you want to get out, there are villages and towns all very close and of course, the beautiful Acadia National Park! Thank you for a great stay!"

"The location was great! The views from the many decks of the water were breathtaking. The sunrises were spectacular, we had everything we needed as far as the house goes. The fire pit was nice. First time in Maine. Would be hard to beat this property "

"The people at Acadia were simply the best. Kind, courteous and helpful are the top 3 words that come to mind, but there are many others that could be used to describe the excellent service. The inn is situated at the head of a small bay and the beach and rocks are a pleasure to walk or just sit and enjoy he view. We highly recommend the his quiet, quaint and quality place to visit."

"Wow! What a view! We really enjoyed our stay at Josh and Megan’s cute home.We didn’t mind driving an hour to the main Acadia entrance and Bar Harbor since Corea is close to the Schoodic entrance of Acadia.This is our third stay near Acadia NP and second stay in Corea. For us, this quiet fishing town feels like the real Maine. There are many wonderful restaurants nearby and the Corea Co-op makes getting fresh lobster for dinner very easy.As for the house, it was very warm thanks to mini splits and it was evident that changes have been made to make this home comfortable. It was very clean.The home was very well stocked. Its decorations are very much thrifted and eclectic.Our kids loved searching for shells on the beach and walking down the road to continue our search for treasure on the wide and sandy Newman Beach during low tide.The adults really enjoyed waking early to watch the sunrise and lobster boats.10/10 would recommend this home!"

"For the last 20 or so years we have rented houses in downeast Maine-three couples who have been friends for far longer. This house was one of the most well thought out, with comfortable furnishings in good condition, beautiful harbor views, and a well equipped kitchen which is as big as it looks in the photos. It was very clean, and showed no signs of end of season tiredness. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glassware, cooking and baking supplies.The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses with no sagging, enough room for your clothes and plenty of hangers in the closets. The laundry room on the second floor has a large capacity washer and dryer. It is located between the master bedroom and the twin bedroom, with doors to each. so there is an option for the twin bedroom to share the master bath, or to share a smaller hall bathroom with the small queen bedroom. A library with an eclectic collection of both recent and older books is incorporated into the twin bedroom. A smaller collection of books, numerous igsaw puzzles, and games are on shelves on the first floor. TV reception is good. Internet is very spotty on the second floor, but good in the living/sunroom where the sofas, desk, and TV are. My husband was able to participate in Zoom meetings for work.Corea has two very good casual lunch places on the water, a gallery/gift store, gorgeous views, a few trails, and an excellent lobster boat tour, but that's it. This mini estate was a beautiful place to get away."
