Asunto oli saapuessani kylmä kuin ryssän helvetti, mutta onneksi sekä olo- että makuuhuoneessa oli lämpöpatterit, joilla asunnon sai vuorokaudessa siedettävän lämpöiseksi. “The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. “A perfectly small cottage finished to a very high standard. Top notch fittings through, beds, pillows etc all of a very high standard. A perfect base to explore that area although keighley itself is not that nice. Secure parking an added bonus. Just be aware that there is a VERY busy bus garage just meters away so you will need to sleep with your windows closed! The first night we were awoke at 5.30 with the buses all leaving! The double glazing is excellent so with the windows shut……

"Good: many restaurants and some groceries stores nearby. Check in: the lady came out and open the entrance door with warm welcome. Fast check in. Room: spacious, there is an extra heater in the room. Quiet around the hotel area. Breakfast: average, good enough. Bad: WIFI: slow, some times, it didn't have signal and wait for a while to have a signal again. Reception: there were no any staff for a while as I was standing for a help. It happened more than once. Bedsheet: there was a hair and some marks, which were not clean enough. TV: no guideline which channels are those. I have to keep enter the numbers in order to look for news channels. I couldn't finally, so I went down to ask the reception for help. The lady was patient to help."
