This cheerful studio is accessible with limitations and is a 642sf open space with tall ceilings and blackout curtains. Home has a hot tub and guests have access to community pool.

Located in town close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to the best part of the beach (see photos for specifics on location).

The Studio at "Bird in Paradise" is the first floor of a 2-story; guests can book just one level or both levels of this home. Pelican Roost Townhomes has a community pool , the home has a hot tub which is shared with the home's 2 units.

One king (memory foam) and one queen (plush pillowtop) plus a sleeper sofa. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, convection oven, electric skillet your kitchen basics. One parking spot in driveway.

Note: you will hear activity and noise from the unit above; we supply individually wrapped earplugs upon request. Exterior security cameras onsite.

Regarding accessibility - there are zero steps from driveway to the unit, the shower is not completely flat, it is your everyday shell type walk-in shower. Door thresholds are approx. 2" rise. STR 011288

Lower apartment

Very clean studio. You do hear everything between floors as it says in listing. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions.

Wonderful for our short trip

Everything was clean and had all we needed. Our trip was last minute with pets we felt the pet fee was the only reasonable one on the island. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 10 and it worked out so well for us. Host is a 12 out of 10 very attentive. Only draw back to location was being on the North side of HWY 361 which legally you cannot take a golf cart across. Some people did but you risk a $500 fine and the golf cart being taken back. So word to the wise if you stay here either forgo the golf cart or use a cart rental company that has overflow parking so you can park your vehicle and get in the cart. We used silver sands carts which is right across the street. You do hear the upstairs footsteps like it says in the listing we never used ear plugs and it just wasn't a big deal. Would stay again on a little quick trips for sure.

Great owner great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The studio was perfect for our couple get away. The back patio was great in the evenings. Erin was so responsive and helpful. Only downside was how much you could hear upstairs guest but there were ear plugs provided and it wasn't too bad! We had a great stay!!
