The Best of Port Aransas

This property is spacious clean and comfortable. Excellent views of the ocean and ship channel. Long term (6 week) rental for us. Great location - short drive to great restaurants, shopping and the ferry.

Great property, horrible property management

First, I would buy this property bc I love the location so much. Just be aware that Vacasa is property management company and you will not be dealing with a local or even same cust serv rep. so property questions or concerns can’t really be addressed or are answered same day.

First time in Port A. Loved the place: location, attention to details, views, and more. As good as it looks in the pictures (if not better!). We hope to come back again!

Great bit not Spectacular

Check in time is too late (4pm), check out time is too early ( 10am) inless you want to pay. Property was on the third floor. It had an elevator not funtioning, hard on a person with a handicap or of age.

Mini Vacay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's Beach House A, which is the 3rd floor, only 2 flights of stairs and not too bad. Aside from The Dunes condo/hotel in front of the beach house, you have great views just to the side of it. We rented a buggie/golf cart to go to and from the beach, it is a walkable distance though. We'd definitely stay here again.

Walk to the beach

Very nice beach house. Clean and beautiful. Wish we could have had access to the elevator being my husband has back and knee issues; but it still was a great time. Thank you so much for the memories.

Peaceful and an awesome view

The home was very nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. Walking to the beach took 2 minutes and the view from the porch was a beautiful picture of God’s creation. It was cold and rainy, but beautiful all the same. We didn't need it, but appreciated all the extras in the pantry (spices and such left over, kitchen gadgets and so on). Would definitely recommend. Even with a large family, the place is spacious enough to spread out so you're not on top of each other.

Satisfied

Only complaint is the door gets stuck and the lock pad had a 9 digit code. We ended up getting completely locked out. The call center rep was nice and was able to get us in.

GREAT!!!

Our overall experience was phenomenal! The location was clean! Even considering being a beach location...IT WAS SUPER CLEAN!! ...no sand...no smell...AWESOME!! The communication with the property manager (Turnkey) was superb! We communicated via text 99% of the time. Each of my texts was responded to within minutes and their responses not only addressed my concerns but they were friendly and kind. Staying at this location and interacting with Turnkey will exceed anyone's expectations!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and property manager!!!

Wonderful remote working spot!

We wanted a quiet place by the beach to work remotely for a few days and this exceeded our expectations. The walk to the beach is short but we still had the privacy of a fenced in yard with a pool and wrap around porch. We would love to come back with family and rent the entire house.

Great home with two separate units. Guest room mattresses were too soft for our preferences, but others may like that. Awesome view. Extremely well cleaned. Loved the no contact check in.

Not clean

Found beds made but sheets not washed. We had rewashed all sheets and pillow cases there was hair everywhere and make up still on sheets. Dog hair on couches bathrooms dirty. If smoke alarms go off downstairs they go off upstairs and Good location big condo But not clean

Our 4th year..

This time we had both upstairs and downstairs. This property is ideally located. The only thing, maybe they will add a elevator for the ones that stay on the top level.... for us “older” people. But we manage. Great views, close to great restaurants!! We love Port Aransas!!

Nice!

Short walk to the beach/pier - check Swimming pool - check See the ocean from the awesome balcony - check AC/fridge to keep you and your stuff cool, washer/dryer if you need it, board games (and a big ol' TV) if you get bored. It's got pretty much everything you might want out of a beach house! Thanks for having us, y'all!

Family Vacation

Everything was great until the refrigerator quit working. I called 3 times. Was promised service and they never showed up. Had to keep cold stuff in ice chest. Very disappointed that they did not fix it.
